With four XLR-1/4" combo inputs with high-quality Midas preamps, you can capture detailed sound from a range of audio sources, including mics, line signals, and Hi-Z instruments.
With 5-pin DIN MIDI I/O, you can connect your interface to a wide range of external MIDI devices, and synchronize everything through your UMC4024HD. Four 1/4" inserts let you integrate external FX with ease. Controls include individual input gain control for each input channel, output gain control, line or Hi-Z input level selection, input pad activation, and selectable 48V phantom power for condenser mics. You can enjoy mono or stereo headphone monitoring with the stereo/mono button, and with the Monitor A/B button you can engage in source selection for DJ-style cueing. The front panel provides LED indicators for input signal, power, clipping, and phantom power. With a durable metal chassis, this interface is designed to survive the test of time. The UMC404HD includes an external power adapter, which is ideal when using more than two phantom-powered mics.
